Did you receive and email acknowledgement like amazon.com sends when an order is placed? How long did it take to receive the DVD's after placing your order? Did you receive a tracking number? How were they shipped, i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.?

Giving me a memory is like putting screen doors on a submarine.I got Donn's videos over a year ago. I don't recall whether there were emails involved and I would have deleted them when I received the package.There was no unusually long wait involved and they arrived well packaged. By mail, if that memory survived.I got both "The Art of Airbrushing Show Quality Model Cars" and "Tips & Tricks for Building Show Quality Model Cars".It took me a couple of days to watch them. They are packed with a ton of good info on materials and techniques. Plus, Donn is a very personable guy on video, making them very easy to sit through.Even if the wait is longer than you anticipate, hang in there, it's worth it.

louie Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 I do not have any of these videos of Donn but they have been on my list to get ( soon ). Have you tried to email them about your order status. Not every place send's you confirmation of your order. I would not worry about it ( yet ) it's only been like 6 days and I would imagine that you should receive it in the next few days and if not TRY to get in touch with the place that you purchased it at. Trust me on when I say " I know what it is to wonder and wait for something " can you say Anxiety. Try to get in touch with them and then go from there. Thanks. Jeff

LoneWolf15 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Hey , Gang ! Just a bit of a reminder... Quite a few of the individuals involved with the aftermarket have full time jobs . Otherwise , the return address would be a mailbox attached to a cardboard box somewhere underneath a bridge overpass . Speaking for myself , the full time job , commissioned paint work , and running the business , more often than not makes time an enemy rather than a friend . DVD orders are usually in the mail within 4 days , at the longest , a week to ten days . Please learn to be patient . If you don' t hear from me or receive your order within the aforementioned time frame , email me ! Do not file a complaint with PayPal , contact me first .While this is a rare occurrence , it has happened. These actions only lead to more confusion & time wasted ..... I actually had a customer from Germany order the DVDs on a Friday and file a complaint that Sunday alluding to the fact that he had not received his order or payment received notification . Problem being , I was running around on a softball field all weekend . All of us have lives outside the hobby and our businesses . Really Donn, you need to be more honest in describing yourself! That statement above applies to at least three guys here (myself included!) LOL Donn's DVDs are packed with useful information and his style is perfect as he puts it into terms you can understand. And if you get the chance to meet him at a show, like I did 5 years ago, you will see his passion for helping others!

A very good man once told me that one day I would have to play it forward & give back as to what I had been given .While this particular instance referred to softball , I have never forgotten it & expanded upon it as I grew older . I want others to experience the joy and love that I have for this hobby . Hence the DVDs & my willingness to help out where I can ...... Thank you , buddy !
