bonehead23 Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) I love this model. Lindberg issued a toy way back when, and Round 2 re-issues it with a bunch of really neat parts!!! Even though the basic kit is not exactly an accurate "34 Ford" it makes a wild and crazy Rat. I added AMT Chrysler headers, Smoothster wheels with slicks in back, and mostly kit parts. Red primer was applied, then grey primer, then flat black followed by some sanding, scraping, rust, dirt and flat clear. I hope Round 2 and the "Lindberg Chop Shop" make a few more of these old/new rats. Yes, I could have detailed the engine a bit, but decided not to, as this kit doesn't need it to be cool. And my eyes are getting worse!!! Edited May 17, 2016 by bonehead23
Snake45 Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 I LIKE it! I just might have to get one of these things.
Jantrix Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 I just got a built up one of those. Still wondering what to do with it. Yours looks pretty cool.
bonehead23 Posted May 12, 2016 Author Posted May 12, 2016 Here's an earlier issue of the same car, built about ten years ago!
GTJUNIOR Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 That looks so cool. At a quick glance the paint has a sort of marble effect. I like it.
