Aggie Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Built this one back in 2014 around memorial day. This was one of my first airbrushing attempts. As always, comments and critiziem is welcome.
TooOld Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Cool looking graphics for Memorial day ! The one thing that stands out to me are the mold lines on the bumpers , when you have those they should be sanded down smooth . Of course that means redoing the chrome somehow , but since you have an airbrush you could try some Alcad II Chrome . Since this is an old build maybe you already have .

I was not aware of a way to fixing the chrome. when the chrome parts have the lined or any defect in them I don't like it, never have heard of Alcad II Chrome. Is it easy to use?
nicknkim14 Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Allcadd is pretty easy, paint the part you want chromed gloss black and then airbrush the part with the allcadd chrome,it does take a few times to get it just right though
Aggie Posted June 11, 2016 Author Posted June 11, 2016 ok I will most definitely be looking into that.
Aggie Posted June 12, 2016 Author Posted June 12, 2016 Ha thanks. When I added the blower, it took up room where the fan was supposed to go so I made it and "electric" fan... just with out the shroud.
