Hobby Design intercooler PE?

Hi,

I just got some very nice turbos and inter coolers from Hobby Design.

Would some one mind telling me what the cross shaped PE is for?

I know what the grills are for, bit those cross shaped pieces have me stumped.

Hose clamps.  You bend the short tee's over the long strap to give the effect of a locking mechanism.

Ah, got it.

And one simply cuts the long strap to taste.

I see now looking closer at the fine ridges which represent clamp teeth.

Wrap the hose first with the strap and then assemble it.  Don't trim to your liking until then. 

Their should have been simple instructions with it.  Was it missing?

Yep, no directions so I emailed them.

They were gonna send me some but nothing yet, been a few days.

I figured one of you Yodas would know

I just checked and the intercooler set does NOT have any instructions.  But variations of those straps are in other PE sets
