1/25 scale 29 mm - 30 mm diameter tires?

Does anyone make 1/25 scale tires that are 29 mm - 30 mm in diameter?  

I need them for a Cadillac ambulance build, preferably with a white stripe and a scale 5" wide tread or something close.

Look at the AMT after market tires. They offer wide and narrow  whites.

The AMT tires are only 28 mm in diameter.
