Shabo decals?

Is there a reputable place to get the Shabo dry transfer decals in white? I understand they aren't being produced anymore, is that true?

Make sure if you do find some, you buy them in person so you can make sure they are not cracked. I bought a few sheet of the tires sidewall lettering dry transfers (I'm assuming these are what you're asking about, and not water slide type decals) off eBay a year ago and none were usable due to cracking.

Do they have to be Shabo? Fireball Modelworks have tire decals and they are easy to use http://www.fireballmodels.info/
