belfast boyo Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Starting a 37 Ford. Got the chassis assembled and painted,it has 4 wheel independant suspenders which is a nice touch! As for the body, just cleaning up a few mold lines.Colour - am thinking either red or light blue.

chadrob30 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 It's a great kit, my only issue was the interior door panels were a bit finicky to get fitted correctly. You have a great start here.

belfast boyo Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 I always wanted to do one of these, but never did. Looks like you are off to a good start. It is a nice kit. Got the paint on,it took 3 attempts to get it right.............. The upper body. The body on chassis.
belfast boyo Posted November 2, 2016 Author Posted November 2, 2016 Done the carpets/runnning boards using Zero paints. According to the book of destructions - chapter 6 verse 7 page 3 the door cards go up into the bodyshell...I think they will fit ok on the floor making the seating etc easier...
belfast boyo Posted November 5, 2016 Author Posted November 5, 2016 Did the engine, cooling system, zorsts etc. The window rubbers are sorted.
belfast boyo Posted November 6, 2016 Author Posted November 6, 2016 Got a few decals on the front end,the panels require some fine tuning yet.
belfast boyo Posted November 7, 2016 Author Posted November 7, 2016 Your Ford is really looking sharp!!!! Cheers Carl. I decided that it will be a works wagon,so the front seats are black! It is for a fictional English garage hence the trade plates (dealer plates) Trade plate rear. And the front.
belfast boyo Posted November 12, 2016 Author Posted November 12, 2016 Got some clear on the 37 shell.
