donb Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 This is the Revell kit with the mail slot nose. Built this a little earlier in the year and used decals I got about 20 years ago. The bottom trim decals were breaking apart as soon as water hit them. So I just let it go and finished the kit anyway. Surprisingly the rest of the decals went on without a hitch. I always thought this livery (including the MGD Pontiac) was the best looking. Decals are Power Slide, Thanks for looking. Comments welcome.
THarrison351 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 I Built a kit 20 years ago with probably the same decal makre because the same thing happened to me. Still looks good.
bbowser Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Nicely done, even with the decal issues. Black is tough, you pulled it off well. This was always my favorite Rusty car.
bogger44 Posted December 11, 2016 Posted December 11, 2016 (edited) Sorry about the decals, but it still looks good. He was a favorite driver of mine, and always thought this car was one of the best looking ones on the track. Edited December 11, 2016 by bogger44
