RIP John Wetton-Asia and King Crimson

Are we sure this isn't still 2016? I guess this is to be expected getting older, but all this dying going on really sucks.

Sure seems to be a lot of it going around lately.

I guess I really didn't know a lot about John.

I was never really an Asia fan, but King Crimson always intrigued me.

I love "21st Century Schizoid Man"!

I was just the opposite. Never really knew much of King Crimson (back then), but was a big MTV junkie in the early 80's and Asia got big play at the time. Turned me into a big fan of theirs, but I too never really knew much about the members other than what bands they had been in.

Steve, the vocals on "21st Century Schizoid Man" were done by Greg Lake... also was bassist and vocalist for King Crimson. Who oddly died on Dec 7th,2016

I like King Crimson too. Especially "In The Court of The Crimson King", "Red" and "Starless and Bible Black". He was also in "The Two Sides of Peter Banks", another great album. Peter Banks is deceased too.
