Looking for nicely casted carbs or EFI units

I am on the planning stages to build a pro touring car and am looking for some nicely detailed modern carburetors or EFI units (Holley, Fast, Edelbrock, etc.). Can someone point me in the right direction for a good place to find these with quality castings and good customer service? I dont want to deal with products that need a lot of work to look nice. Thank you in advance!

Fireball, as Pat said. By far the most accurate and realistic Holley's, and AFB carbs. Super nice to deal with too.

I think I'm gonna go with Pro-Tech...they seem to have a real nice casted Demon carb. When I build something with a stock carb setup, I will definitely hit up Joseph, he does amazing work! He just doesnt have much for aftermarket carbs at the moment.
