Looks great Matt - it kinda reminds me of the setup in our last place, the only thing I would do, is either add plastic sheeting ( the easiest & fastest solution ) .....  to divide the paint area or seal it off with drywall & a door of some type.

And ..... if using the plastic - just cut a slit or two for the doorway & have a piece of plastic overlap  - the whole thing will take 30 minutes or less !!!
