Well, it looked good when I took it out of the box then the 45 year old glue fell apart.... I had only built the rail dragster for display when I was a kid. I did not like the looks of the Dart so it remained untouched in the box. Somehow though the decals are not in the box...I have to figure out what to do... the plastic wire wheels seem to be getting soft maybe a reacion over time with the rubber tires. I used the wheels from my Pinto Crazy Horse to replace them though they are a little smaller... I have popped it all apart and glued it back together..... it begs a question though as with the other models I am resurrecting do leave them as done or detail them plugs etc...? If I find the decals I will paint it lik the box art cover though just the red I now like the gold plastic it almost looks metallic...

I agree. Just fix what needs to be fixed.  It is a great model to preserve from your early days. Its not hard to get another Tony  

Nancy kit and build a detailed version. Would be an interesting comparison of then and now.
