Reuhkapelti Posted April 14, 2017 Posted April 14, 2017 (edited) I wasn't sure, if I should put this street/ strip badass Chevelle here or with the other drag race models, I put it here, since this model has got a 1:1 role model back in the '90s, and it was driven from home to races and back as registered street car. This model was an AMT Chevelle stw, before I cut the roof off and made the opening flip bonnet. Many other modification were made also. BBC 454, bucket seats, scratch built dashboard and transmission tunnel, self made decals and so on. The red scallops were first taped and then brush painted. The front grill and the roll bar are scratch built too. The paint on the body isn't very shiny, as the 1:1 role model car wasn't so shiny either... GO not SHOW was the idea.
