clayton Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 Is freighter Coe making a comeback? I passed one this week and it looked some what new but at the same time had a Euro look too it. Maybe from Mexican or Candida?
Jim B Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 Rumor had it a while back that Freightliner was bringing back the COE to haul the new 57ft (or was it 63ft, I forget) trailers that Wal-Mart was going to be using. I never heard anything else on the subject, but I have seen several older COEs on the road in recent weeks.
plastic trucker Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 There's a Freightliner Argosy running through here once in awhile hauling utility poles.
clayton Posted April 19, 2017 Author Posted April 19, 2017 Would be great to see the COEs back on the road. There is a company around here using Peterbilt cab overs for there road work. 57' No way!

signguy2108 Posted April 20, 2017 Posted April 20, 2017 If u google "walmart freightliner argosy" you can see pics of their trucks. An article on truckinginfo.com a while back said walmart was granted a permit to test run this daycab cabover with a 60'6" trailer in CANADA ONLY.
