SpazStix mirror chrome, undercoat, what to use?

Is it best to use SpazStix  own brand name black undercoat?  Thanks

Any black gloss ENAMEL should work.  I've even used Testors gloss black in the little bottles and brushed it on.

I've used Krylon Short Cuts Gloss Black that I bought at Hobby Lobby under my Spaz-Stix and it works great.
