I just got back from Michaels for a bottle of paint and when I pulled up the site to show the coupon I saw that it was 60% one item today only.

I might just go back and get that Hemi Cuda for the engine, or the Pontiac since I don't have any in the stable.

Micheals around here haven't updated their kits in a long time, so it's no big deal....

Same here, in Upstate SC.  Michael's always has the same few kits:  Revell Snap Crown Vic and a few other snap cars.  AMT-R2 Petty Late Model Sportsman, 70 1/2 Camaro, Lindberg Little Red Wagon.  The last kit I bought there was the Revell '83 Olds. And that was in Sept. 2016.

One useful thing I found at Michael's, with a 40% off coupon:  the small battery-powered, gooseneck Ott Lite. It doesn't take much room on the bench, comes with 2 magnifying lenses, and is really great for examining tiny details under a bright light.

Don't forget this handy tool:

I have gotten a ton of use out of mine for fine work; you can replace one battery with a metal spacer to slow it down if needed. $14.99 minus whatever coupon you have.
