Revell 58 Impala decals

I've just gotten the lowrider version of the Revell '58 Impala. It comes with decals that are supposed to look like ghost flames. I'm intrigued with trying them.

Has anyone used them yet can vouch for the look or maybe throw up some photos?

I don't have any photos, but they do work well if that is the look you're going for. They allow the body color to show thru to some degree. I think it might look best on a lighter color body rather than say a black body color.
