I think I know the answer to this. But anyone know if there was and / or is a source for one of these.  I needs to be in 1/25th scale .

A good friend of mine owns a few of them and Ive already built a replica of his 1968 Coronet RT convertible . And I have a couple of the old MPC U-haul it trailers. And thought building it with  one of these snow runners in it would be kinda neat as a display for his cabinet .

my gut tells me I'll have to scratch build the entire thing

That would make an interesting scratchbuilding project (and maybe a resin casting one also, if you could break it down into the right pieces).  The brochure even provides dimensions and could be scanned/printed to 1/25 scale.  Detail closeups might be tough to find though.  Do any of these still exist in running condition?

Mark, A buddy of mine has 2 or 3  of them from different model years. I know he has collected a boat load of parts for them over the past 30 years. But dont know if either of his actually run without at least some amount of effort. But the ones he has are 100% complete,,,for some reason I keep thinking at least one of his is NOS still in the crate .( Ill have to ask next time we meet for lunch )

He has a Chrysler boat as well but I dont know of anything close enough to use a base to build it in 1/25th scale ( I am aware of the one in 1/20th scale ,,I used to have one but it looks huge behind a 1/25th scale model . So I sold it )

His car and the model  I gave him this winter I want to put the trailer behind .
