Steve "Stangfreak? Mason
I built this model replica of my real 82 Mustang many, many years ago. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 and spent many years fighting that nasty BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH. Cancer returned this year and kinda back to square one again. I ended up having to sell my real Stang that I spent many years and bucks to get it to break the 10 second E.T. Quickest 1/4 mile run was 10:88. I broke into the 10s and was real happy with that run. Sure loved and miss that car to the "MAX"Father time has taken a toll of my little replica. Cracks appeared on the handcrafted cowl hood, paint faded, glue let loose on a few pieces, and some minor warping of the plastic. I have redone the hood and used Mothers Aluminum polish and tooth paste to buff it back to a semi~shine. A little furniture polish helped as well. This kit has long since been discontinued and no longer available...

BLOODBANE
Nice work on the 'Stang and sorry to hear about your medical issues. I do at home dialysis and while not as bad as your cancer, still a PITA. Keep a positive attitude (as you know) and if we can help, let us know.

tedd60
One of my most favorite Mustangs. These came out around the last time I raced my MGB. I often thought about building a road racer out of one. I have one of these in the same color. Maybe one day it'll get some slicks and a roll cage. Nice work. How you feel better soon. T

Steve "Stangfreak? Mason
Man~O~Man... Thank you all for the positive comments... Always a great help on those dark and scary days. I just returned from a treatment and in about 6 to 10 hours my insides will be on fire. Linda like drinking a gallon of gas and swallowing a lit match, then peeing razor blades for the next 3-4 days. Kinda gives ya the feeling of being cooked in a micro~wave from the inside out. It is horrible and very painful, but I am winning the battle once again... A heartfelt and sincere "Thank you, Thank you" all once again!!!
