Model Factory Hiro decals

I've just been inspecting these MFH decals which arrived here the other day and are described as 1960s Sponsor decals.  The print quality is excellent but I've noticed the Champion decals have the colors reversed to what I'm familiar with.

All the photos I have of Champion show the red to the left and black to the right. Am I missing something here or is this another case of something being lost in the translation ?

Must be lost in translation. The dimensions seem to be a bit off, height vs width
