That's weird, Matthew is really quick with responses, never had to wait more than an hour. Try Facebook too, and check your spam folder just in case. I've never had an issue with responses from him, he's got amazing customer service.

I have never received a response to any of my emails, phone calls, facebook messages. I had a problem with an order when they shipped to the wrong address and had to open a dispute with paypal in order to get a response out of them.

I never had good luck with them. I'd contacted them several years ago about a purchase, what responses I got were rude and unhelpful. I spent my money elsewhere.

Weird- I placed an order on Sunday the 1st and got my decals today, the 4th.

I order from them about once every three months. Never had a problem with an order or never had an email unanswered.
