That's weird, Matthew is really quick with responses, never had to wait more than an hour. Try Facebook too, and check your spam folder just in case. I've never had an issue with responses from him, he's got amazing customer service.

Mike Chernecki Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 I have never received a response to any of my emails, phone calls, facebook messages. I had a problem with an order when they shipped to the wrong address and had to open a dispute with paypal in order to get a response out of them.
Darin Bastedo Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 I never had good luck with them. I'd contacted them several years ago about a purchase, what responses I got were rude and unhelpful. I spent my money elsewhere.
