Erik Smith Posted December 14, 2017 Posted December 14, 2017 Last or latest? Hopefully the latter. Looks great. The pink is, uh, nice paint! Like the outside-the-norm color choice.
Slotto Posted December 14, 2017 Posted December 14, 2017 Please don't let this be your last build. This looks great! I saw one of these in a hole in the wall thrift shop last week with the trunk all warped up near the rear window. It was a Johan promo. The guy wanted 85 dollars for it. Needless to say it's still there!
espo Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 Nice looking build. Unusual color combination. In that era it seemed that Detroit was trying all kinds of tutone color treatments. The Edsel could be ordered with up to three different colors all on the same car. With the lowered suspension and the side pipes this build looks longer and sleeker.
Lunajammer Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 I like it. I think the unusual color choice is right in line with what a mile custom of the era might have. Paint play was really taking shape and anything that grabbed peoples' attention was desirable. Nice finish too.
