Stroker Ace Posted December 14, 2017 Posted December 14, 2017 (edited) Revell came out with the new 2016 Ford Fusion kits ... thats great for us!Brand new stock car kits of the COT cars ... but snap-tite pro finish kits only?Ya! Better than none ...Of course the pro finish paint bodies are horrible ... and the first selection of aftermarket decal sheets had very expensive values - ordered from Germany. Most of them costs 15 bucks or more plus s&h, taxes and german custom fees. Whats the solution?Be creativ and build fictional Darlington throwback paint schemes with old decals from your grabbelbox ...Fictional Throwback Ford Fusion #28 "Texaco Havoline" in honor of the Davey Allison no. 28 cars Edited December 14, 2017 by Stroker Ace
bbowser Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 My favorite Davey car. Always liked this one better than the all black car.
1930fordpickup Posted December 16, 2017 Posted December 16, 2017 Well done. Another paint scheme I like.
mk11 Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Great concept That nostalgic scheme is sure a lot easier on the eyes than the current carppy looking 'art' they festoon these things with. mike
