Maybe from your printer? 

All you would need to do is edit the size and print it on a piece of paper. After you do a test print or two and get the size to what you want if you want it a little thicker than just on normal paper, print the finished edit on cardstock paper or photo paper.

Put it in a word document. Then size it to around .25 x.48 "iircc"... That should be what you're looking for.

I make like 10-20 different ones at a time so to not to waste the paper. Then I cover them in clear packing tape and cut them out.

The background is indeed a nice soft silver (sometimes called "argent" by the car makers). I think the font is interesting. I'd gladly pay for nice, clean decals of various model years.

I'll be on it, you want 'em to match the license plate holder size of the Revell Charger kit? 

Edit: Alrighty, made 'em in 1/25th scale from '66 through '73, with either a metallic silver background or just clear for those who can mimic the softer argent silver.
