Chevrolet Stovebolt 6 color

Hi lads,

Can anyone tell me if there is a Model Master color that will match Chevrolet's gray Stovebolt inline six? Doesn't have to be exact by any means, but something that is close enough.

Yes, Modelmaster US Navy Engine Gray is nearly a perfect match--It's a WW-II era color, used by the Navy on the crankcases of their radial aircraft engines.

I was also going to suggest you look at Military paints for a match. I have used Tamiya AS-26 Light Ghost Grey. There are others that are darker also.

I'm not sure about the match but possibly Tamiya's german gray.
