Jason, that kit (last issue with Linda Vaughn figure) has an uptop. It wasn't in the first issue of the kit, but the reissue (Cutlass) has an uptop as well, as does the latest.

This issue here has the uptop.......I bought a parts kit just for the top and I have a complete kit as well as the Linda Vaughn one.
