Super28 Posted November 8, 2018 Posted November 8, 2018 I believe the "Car of Tomorrow" were built around 2010? Anybody make models of these cars? Even resin? How 'bout recent trucks used in the Camping World Truck series??? Ant info would be appreciated. (I really like the "Car of Tomorrow" with their wings.)
Jim N Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 The trucks have not been produced in plastic since the first time they were offered back in the 90's, I believe. AMT produced the COT. You can find them at Model Roundup https://www.modelroundup.com/ . You will have to search for Jimmie Johnson as his appears to be the only one left. They are under $20.00 with the wing, close to $30.00 if you want the updated car with the spoiler.
Dave Van Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 CoT started in 2007. AMT did the Chevy kit. No Truck kits since the old Monogram and AMT kits years ago.
Deuces Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 (edited) Can't believe Ford is gonna run Mustangs next year.... So, does that mean Chevy is gonna run Camaros in the Daytona 500 also???? This could mean a whole new batch of model kits in the future..... With fuel injection....? Edited November 10, 2018 by Deuces
