70mach1 Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 Engine wired and plumbed, refinished in BASF lacquers and DuPont urethane clear. This kit went together much like a Tamiya kit as far as the quality of the parts and the fit. The toughest part was putting all the decals on.
crispy Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 Beautiful! The decal work looks fantastic! Did you bury the decals under clear? Great work. Chris
Nick F40 Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Wow, VERY nice! I always liked the look of this thing. How was the decals? Decal hell or no?
ismaelg Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Nice job! I love those cars but the decals keep me away from them. Thanks,
3men2s Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 I guess that's the challenge of this kit. I have it and what I love about it was this crazy design on it. You did a good job. Can yoy take a photo with a black background so the detail come out more...if you can offcourse. clean engine bay.... I still remember seen this car take off, strait up like the shuttle and do a flip and land in all 4s........ GOLD MEDAL FOR SURE if it was in the OLYMPICS.
Brendan Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Very nice job on the build. I built this when it first came out and it was very frustrating. I had some major part fit issues.
