nickfzr61 Posted May 10 Author Posted May 10 (edited) Finished up the rear suspension. I used the RB Motion 1/12 Lotus 49 Rear Upright Assembly kit. Next will be installing the exhaust system then side pod oil coolers. I’m also printing a fuel filter that goes on top of the engine between the intake trumpet and reservoir tank. looks like this: Edited May 10 by nickfzr61

Actually finishing this one up pretty quickly. It was in moth balls for 5 years. One thing I’m pissed about are all of the cracks in the clear coat on the body. When I started working on it again they didn’t look too bad to the naked eye and they still don’t but when you take a picture they look terrible. I should have wet sanded the clear and re-coated it but I didn’t notice how bad it looked until I had alot of parts on it and took some pictures. Then it was too late. I didn’t want to mess anything up. Now I’m at a point where I just want to get it done. Edited May 16 by nickfzr61 1
