Snake45 Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 Seems to be an original AMT '65 Coupe annual--very desirable! Sweet find!

Daddy Mack Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 Yep, AMT 1965 Coupe Annual. You want to find a hood whose Corvette script matches the script above the RR taillight.
Snake45 Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 Will it come apart? Does the interior come out? Will the glass come out, or is it glue-bombed into the roof? It can easily be restored using pieces from a common '63 reissue (the '63 hood would have to be modified, that's all). You've got a semiprecious gem there!

Let me know what you're looking for in trade for it. SnakeACP45 at AOL dot com. Edited February 9, 2019 by Snake45

Ron Hamilton Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 Nice Find. That's the one I don't have. I have an AMT annual 65 roadster, and the hood has no emblems or vents on it. Nice find. I may have a hood for it if you need one.
Ron Hamilton Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 If you want to trade it' let me know. I would love to make a deal for it.
Scott8950 Posted February 10, 2019 Author Posted February 10, 2019 (edited) I'll listen to all offers. i probably need to list it in the trade section first though. Edited February 10, 2019 by Scott8950

There was no script on the hood of any of the other mid-year Corvette's.
