Are these the same kit?

Are these two kits the same model or are they different molds?The reason for the inquire is the Jeep Honcho is marked 1/25 scale and the Ice patrol is marked at 1/24.

I like to keep my builds in the same scale but have come to find out the manufactures kinda bend the rules when stating the scale of some kits

Same kit.  Pretty sure it's 1/25th since it is of Revell origin and not Monogram origin.

Except for the snowmobile in the Ice Patrol kit, these two are the same. The Honcho is molded in black plastic and the Ice Patrol is molded in white plastic.

This is the original Revell Ice Patrol Kit. They just added the snowmobile from this kit, to the Jeep Honcho.
