  1. Thank you David,Carl,Chris,Matthew and Doyle!
  2. Thank you Garry,Jeff and Bob. The Yellow is a craft paint from Hobby Lobby with Rusto-leum gloss clear
  3. Thank you David The prototypes i looked at had the word Roadrunner on the air intakes just behind the doors and i thought the same about the brake boooster but i could find no part or mention of it in the instructions I like the wheels just wish i could have found some wider tires
  4. Thanks John Its all box stock, another little oddity is the power break unit that is only one half, hollow on the bottom side Was going to try and put some differant tires on it but the rims were all to large for what i had in the parts box
  5. This went togeter well but has some odd details that dontmake sense, like the batterie and coolant reservoir under the hood and the side decals are not correct
  6. I think this is called satans crate, have forgotton who produced it
  7. Great engin detail, good looking street sleeper!
  8. Larry,Bill Trevor and Joe,Thanks for the looks and complements Joe,Moebius make some fine kits This is the first one i had a problem with the warped hood but they sent a replacement so all is well now. I have the 67 F-350 ramp truck,1956 Chrysler 300B and the 1961 Pontiac Ventura plus the classic Batman collection. Still waiting on Batgirl to be released to round out that collection. I want to get to the vehicles soon but i suffer from the classic "so many models,So little time" syndrom
  9. Great looker,love the Corvair!
  10. Heres one i did a wile back when i was on a fantasy rod kick And today we find Betty preparing dinner for tonights feast
  11. Those Duke boys knew how to hot rod a Charger! The build looks great,i was a fan of the show due to the cool car and also miss Daisy in her shorts,or lack there of! For those that cringe at the thought of the confederate flag, the one depicted on the car is the battle flag The flag representing the confederate states wint through several versions with this one being the last befor they lost the war
  12. Thanks guys Steve,i think the air breather iused was included in the kit because i lost the stock one.
  13. This is sort of a nod to my first car i bought when i was 16 It was a white with red interior 1963 SS nova with a 6 cyl powerglide trans But in true earlie 70s fashion i put a 283 V8 with a 400 turbo automatic in it,changed the front spindles and rear end to 5 lug Sold it befor i could get it done due to my attention moved on to females Sometimes i think i shoulda stuck with the car,def would have cost a lot less 😱
  14. I finished this one up earlier this year Dont remember having any problems so i think i went together well The colors are craft paints with Rust-oelum gloss and matt clears Thanks for looking
  15. Jim,Tommy thank you. The Wimbledon white i hit fairly close The yellow i was shooting for was Tampico yellow but i missed that one , but dident even notice how close it is to Yuma yellow till Tommy pointed it out and i looked at the color chart on the instructions!
  16. Just wraped this one up Nice kit with few issues other than having a badly warped hood and a dickens of a time getting the front windsheild in Done in craft paints with Rust-oleum gloss and matt clear Thanks for looking
  17. Just did a googlie search and found the Pebeo 100 ml spray cans which is about 3 3/8 ounces at about $10 american dollars, still to rich for my pocket
  18. Never heard of Pebeo paint but at $19.99 CA for a can just a littler larger than the short cuts seem a bit over priced Here in the states a can of short cuts is$3.99 at hobby lobby Just my opinion but i would find a place that sells the Krylon befor i would pay the pirates ransom of $19.99 for a five ounce can of paint FWIW the short cuts are 3 ounces
