Mirror base, rotating displays can be found in craft stores, but you need to elevate the model for a good view.  An aftermarket seller used to have an elevated acrylic display stand that has angled mirror in it, but I haven't seen him advertise for several years

I picked up a couple flat mirrors at the Goodwill. also bought a rotating mirrored base from Walmart but mirror is  made from foil and not glass, not as reflective.

I love the displays from Scalemotor Sports, especially the x-frame version. I have three that I use when I go to shows. The x-frame allows you to alter how the mirror and display glass is setup. Either leave the mirror flat or angle it, while also being able to alter how the car sites on the display.
