I picked up the Foose FD-100 and its a rear nice kit but I'm probably going to use some parts on a 57 Chevy.

Anybody know what else the chassis will fit without heavy mods ?

Be real good to see how and what you guys have used other FD-100 parts on.

The Foose chassis should fit nicely under nearly any full size pickup kit.  Someone just mentioned in another thread that it fits under the Moebius 1966 Ford,  I'd try any kit that you have in your stash.

Now if you really want to have fun and do things the hard way,  the Foose chassis is under my Datsun.  I added the flares to account for the wider track, shortened it appropriately in the center, and of course things like the drive shaft and exhaust had to be shortened to match the new wheelbase.  Other than that I had to make a new floor for the cab since the transmission sits back into it.  Something that made the fit easier was that I glued the bed to the back of the cab.  Then I didn't have fit issues trying to adjust each end to sit on the new chassis.

This was fun.

The chassis should work under most full-size pickups well into the Eighties, though someone building a truck that recent probably won't do a frame swap.  I've got one going under a '63 Ford pickup that has had its unibody bed cut down to the short wheelbase version, and might try one under a '55-'57 Chevy pickup also.  The Foose kit frame resembles, and is probably scaled from,  1:1 aftermarket chassis.
