As said this car is based on a Fiesta MK2 and was the Quantum 2+2 bestselling kit car from Quantum  Sports Car Ltd. in Loddiswell near by Knightsbridge, Devon. Between 431 and 455 (depending on the source) where sold. 10 were offer as the Quantum Ocal in India but non was sold.

When i was living in Stourbridge in the early 1990's, there was a Quantum car dealer on Enville street,used to pass it every day.

That is interesting, I am holidaying in Devon at the moment, only a few miles from Loddiswell. I might go there to see if anything remains of Quantum Sports Cars.

There now in a trading estate in Wrangaton,Devon.
