Accuracy of old Doyusha Spirit of America Sonic-1?

Has anyone here built it? It’s that the kit even exists, but I saw a picture of one built up and it looks like the air intake is really out of shape. Was it just a bad angle? How is the rest of the kit?

I know it's 1/43 or so. I have the dragster kit. A rather crude curbside, but it's the only thing out there.
