JollySipper Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 (edited) As a lover of all things Coyote X, this jumped out at me while searching around on the Bay of E... It's an Iron On transfer of the car..... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Original-1983-Hardcastle-and-McCormick-Coyote-T-Shirt-Transfer/392640372793?hash=item5b6b30a039:g:xDUAAOSwxlBeH8Y- It's cheap, but I can't swing it right now.... Maybe I'll catch another one when I can... I watched this show a bunch as a kid, wish their was a decent kit of it! Awesome car! Edited February 5, 2020 by JollySipper
webestang Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 I watched that show when it aired. Love that car. Somewhere packed away I do have the model kit. MPC made the kit and Racing Champions made a 1/64th die-cast which I also have.
JollySipper Posted February 8, 2020 Author Posted February 8, 2020 I've seen a large diecast on eBay.... the ad said it was about 10.5" long. I was just a kid when this was on TV, this show probably made a car guy out of me!
JollySipper Posted February 17, 2020 Author Posted February 17, 2020 Say, if someone wanted to build this car and it be correct, what kit(s) would you need? I used to have the MPC kit, I remember it being a bear, tho....... If you were to use just the body from the kit, what chassis would you need? Drivetrain? If I had a real 1:1 I would probably use something like a 914-6 engine and transaxle.......
