Very cool. Many years ago I saw something like this. A guy built a 3/4 scale Pete on a pick-up chassis. The only issue with it was that at full size the Pete cab was somewhat roomy, however in 3/4 scale it was way too small for me to sit in comfortably. It like the chopped top Ford 28-33 3 window Hod Rods, they look fantastic, but you are folded up like an origami swan. 

That one is very nice and well done.

There have been a number of operable half-scale tractor-trailers built.

I have seen the work of Fred Heim.  He's built a Peterbilt tractor. a dump trailer and a low-bed trailer on which he carries his  half scale CAT end-loader or excavator.
