My buddy said it's a trademark of lacquer, but it doesn't bury details unless I get carried away w layers of paint . Warming the cans , and not rushing between coats is helpful. I usually have times when it turns milky from humidity , but it tends to clear right up

He always has great ideas, and this colors flips and flops about 3 different colors on the Edsel body lines
