HotRodaSaurus Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 How did they ever change a tire on those things??? Maybe someone looking to the future designed it as a funny car body
Eshaver Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 Harry-George, Uh it was tight, I meanTIGHT! You HAD to have the jack on hard ground as the weight of the car had to be off the chassis which in this case was the entire body. Since the Nash incorperated a Unibody structure, you had to do this to do any kind of servicing on those cars. Hudsons were just as bad too.Worked on a couple of them. Wouldn't want to do it al the time but in the restoration fields, ya take whats pushed in da door sometimes.Ed Shaver
Tom Jackson Posted October 26, 2008 Author Posted October 26, 2008 i figured the be a pain to change a tire on it .
