If so, then what brand of paint is that????.... Unfortunately, several yellow spoons were in that area, two of them Neon colors.. My thought per reviewing the spoons in that region to my chart; it was either Craftsmart Bright Yellow (lighter color), Liquitex Basics Primary Yellow (slightly darker color), or Anita's Canary Yellow. I'll add a few drops of windshield washer fluid, a few drops of distilled water and a drop of future floor polish. I try to get it as thin as whole milk and spray away.
