Avenger Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 (edited) This car new car inprogress will gto is drying. The Guy put the car togehter with elmers glue white. That was a mess It had horrible craters in it. The Decals were hard to get off. frame is ruined because of him troughing it across his room. I managed to save the body bumpers which canot get off headlights tailights no engine glass no interior nothing but the body. So i been working on it today thinking of what i could do still some craters and dents in it. But Im going to have to make a homemade frame interior and engine. How fun is that going to be my friends. I oxided it red see where my sanding has gotten. Dents scraches and craters are still in a few not as much that the was. Here is a picture of the work and progress. On the sides i made those craters from 7 hours of sanding that down Edited October 30, 2008 by Avenger
GOTH KUSTOMS Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Not to sound like I know everything but you need to post a bigger picture, so we can see your work better, but from what you said you sound like you will have you're work cut out for you, and I'm gonna keep an eye out for this one, you're basically building the whole kit out of scratch, and that In itself Is a task worth keeping an eye on, good luck I'll be watching

VW Dave Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 After 7 hours of sanding I'd expect the body to be worn away completely.
GOTH KUSTOMS Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Im gonna say the body is an old mustang funny car...
