Geezerman Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 I see there are some salt enthusiasts here, so for my first post, I'll throw in my salt roadster. I call this Crossthread because of the positioning of the rear mounted Hemi. I do lot of IMAGINEERING, and at times disregard the laws of physics. I build for my pleasure and not for anal accuracy, so without further apology:
ismaelg Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Cool concept! How did you do the salt in the tires? I may have to try a salt racer myself just for fun.... Thanks,
Len Geisler Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 "Anal Accuracy", I love it....that isnt my bag either..... Nice build, imagineering at it finest..... I have had one of those on the "mental sketch pad for quite sometime now, need to get cracking....LOL... Nice work and welcome.....
MonoPed Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Very cool - something that could only come from a west/central Floridian...
Raul_Perez Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 No need to apologize for this one!! Great concept!! Thanks for sharing,
Robert81 Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Clay, you have out done yourself. I love the "sidewinder" HEMI. I want to say Welcome.
george 53 Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Looks good ta me!!! Sure do like the Sidewinder Hemi set up!!!
Geezerman Posted October 30, 2008 Author Posted October 30, 2008 (edited) Thanks, All. I hope no-one misunderstands me. I can fully appreciate a highly crafted, detailed, replica. I'm just sayin', it's not my style. Edited October 30, 2008 by Geezerman
mazlak Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I agree with you! Build for yourself and to please yourself. If you build to please someone else, that turns it into a job. Your imagineering is great, many of my builds are full of unreal stuff. But like you, I only build to please myself. Rick in Richmond
randx0 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I love it but some how I think I should still get an apology.
