I would expect that to be very similar to the fairy power spray we get in the uk. Unfortunatelly for us they changed to formula a couple of years ago and its now useless, but before they changed it i used it to strip paint. Now i use la's totally awesome cleaner to clean resin with no ill effects.

I have used their normal dish soap with great results and no problems effecting the resin.
