58 Impala Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 What a suprise, I received issue #134 in the mail on Saturday and came home from work today to find issue #135 in my mailbox I have to compliment Gregg and Harry, the magazine is looking better than ever. The layout and graphics are spot on, and so are the articles. I'm looking foward to 12 issues a year, I renewed my subscription several months ago and it isn't due till the end of next year. But I have all the intentions of renewing my sub yet again at that time. I hope MCM stays around for a long time.

mikemodeler Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 The last issue I have is #133, JULY 2008. I tried calling the Golden Press offices but got voicemail. I left a message stating I hadn't received my copies of the mag but then again, my mailman isn't exactly known for being speedy. Not sure how to get the mags delivered faster (some months they don't show up at all) but it ticks me off to know some folks get their copies two weeks earlier than I do. I have the same problem with that other model mag too. I have been told it is the post office and how they process magazines for delivery and that they are all shipped from the printer at the same time. Funny how a guy in Toronto Canada can get his copy two weeks before me and two days before it hits the newsstand? Been thinking about renewing my subscription to MCM early as I cannot buy it at any newsstands or hobby shops near me but it sure is frustrating to have to wait while others get to enjoy. Mike
