Brudda
Red Bull RB7. Hope I can post this. It is actually a rc car. But you can build it as a static kit. They supply a static show body and wings plus a clear body and wings for racing the car as a rc car. Since I do not plan to run this car , I am building it as a static kit. It is very large! 1/7 scale DeAgostini kit. Built up the chassis and now fitting the body panels to the chassis. Sand, prime then paint. Apply decals then reclear. I have no idea where to put this after it’s finished. The picture of the tires, the small tire is 1/25 scale. I have put the clear body next to the f1 car and also put a 1/25 amt cobra body next to it to show the scale of this thing. Here is what I have done so far. Brudda
Decaled and recleared . 4 Coates of urethane clear. Trying a new clear. Used all of my expensive clears. This one is very good and inexpensive. Seams to take longer to dry. This was so big to paint. The biggest model I have painted. No air brush here. Need a spray gun for this one. Brudda
The Red Bull car is finished. There will be glamour shots tomorrow and I will post it as finished. Was a fun and exciting build. The car is a good representation of the Red Bull F1 car. This car is not a exact copy of a car in a certain race etc. A whole new set of building skills for a Model so large. Thank you to Mark and DeAgostini for the model. This car will be on the DeAgostini site.
Brudda
P.S. The Yorkie will not be on the DeAgostini site.
