Alclad work

Here's what's up, I need some parts painted chrome using alclad but i do not own an airbrush, so if i could send some parts i need done to someone to paint them for me and i could pay them for it, send me a message! thanks

Dirk, If you are looking to get some parts chromed. Why don't you try Chrometech USA, they chrome parts the same way the kit manufacturers do ( probably better). They have a web site with all their pricing. Alcad looks good but not as good as kit chrome, plus it is a fragile coating and doesn't do well with alot of handling. Just my suggestion.

You don't need an airbrush... Alclad comes in spray cans:

Check and see if you have a Harbor Freight near you. They have a cheap copy of the Badger 250 for about $8. I bought 2 and they worked fine. They will spray Alclad just fine, but you need to practice using the airbrush first. You'll not regret learning to use it. Patience is the key and practice makes perfect. Any kind of paint will help you learn. Start with 50 cent acrylic from Micheal's, then move on to cheap enamels, then Alclad . You'll be glad you did. I Am!
