Who is doing chrome plating for models these days?

Little Motor Kar Company still does.

The rumor that Dale quit was only that, a rumor. Last time I contacted him, he was still plating.

That is pretty much your only option.

Chrome Tech is gone, and it appears that "GT Kustom Khrome" has become completely and entirely unreliable.......and that's putting a smiley face on it.
