Question on the go kart in the 60 Chevy PU

I noticed that on the instructions there are a couple pics of what looks like a belt or chain cover . I find no such parts in the kit . Kit was sealed . Pic on box does not show these parts . We’re they included at some time in the past but not now ?

I'm looking at the parts tree. Are these the parts you are looking for? They would be the cooling shroud/pull start cover.
