heller did a 403  and 203 in 1/43 scale. I'm not sure if it was done in other scales though but the 43 show up on ebay uk fairly often (theres at least one of each on now for roughly $20 each)

There is a diecast 1/24 4 door saloon available, easiest (and expensive) found as a Tintin car. Got the earlier version last year for about 35 bucks.

Welly does a CV in 1/18.
